The voice is a craftsman who genuinely loves floors. Not a salesperson, not an announcer. Someone with years of experience who knows things most people don't and wants to share that knowledge. The warmth comes from real expertise, not performance. Think of someone who could talk about grain patterns for an hour and make you care about every minute of it. The voice invites rather than instructs, partners rather than talks at. No superiority, only enthusiasm and a quiet confidence that comes from mastery. Vocal quality should be warm, grounded, and unhurried. Weight without heaviness. Avoid anything corporate, announcer-y, or generically inspirational. This is not a whisper brand. Pace is measured: the craftsman does not rush. The voice should carry a sense of accumulated knowledge. The emotional arc across a spot moves from noticing to possibility to transformation. The voice carries that arc naturally, not performs it. Copy should land like something the character believes, not something they are delivering.
